Questions before you subscribe

Can I pause or skip a week?

Yes. Message us before Friday and we won't prepare the next week's bouquet. There's no cancellation fee.

What if I'm not home for the delivery?

The courier calls before arriving. If you don't answer, they leave it with the concierge or at your door, following the note on your order.

Can I choose the flowers?

We pick the best stems at the market each week, but you can tell us the colours or varieties you don't like and we'll avoid them.

Do you deliver outside the city?

Not yet. We're starting with the city centre and nearby suburbs.
